The festive season at 藝 yì by Jereme Leung unfolds as a celebration of flavour, artistry, and togetherness. Guided by Chef Jereme Leung’s contemporary vision of Chinese cuisine, each dish reimagines tradition with modern elegance.

Guests may choose between two specially curated Christmas Set Menus each offering a sensory journey through the tastes of the season. The Delight Set Menu features comforting signatures such as Double-boiled Fish Maw Soup, Smoked Barbequed Wagyu Beef “Char Siew”, and Poached Rice with Abalone and Crab Meat, while the Gourmet Set Menu presents premium creations including Signature Golden Roasted Duck with Sturgeon Caviar, Mini Buddha Jump Over the Wall and Wok-baked Asian Lobster with Cheese.

Each menu concludes with exquisite desserts that embody the joy and refinement of the festive season.
